TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

YURIX Platform

1. Identification of the Service Provider

The YURIX platform is a trademark of Nordangle, the SaaS business unit of IMD – Consultoria e Inovação, Lda.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the YURIX platform, provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) for legal, operational, administrative and financial management.

3. Eligibility and Representation

YURIX is intended exclusively for legal professionals, law firms and duly incorporated organizations.

4. Account Creation and Access

Access to the platform requires account creation. Credentials are personal and non-transferable.

5. License of Use

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to the Client for internal and professional use during the active subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over YURIX belong to IMD or its licensors.

7. Data, Privacy and GDPR

• the Client acts as Data Controller;

• IMD acts as Data Processor.

8. Infrastructure, Cloud and Technical Providers

YURIX relies on third-party technology providers to ensure operation, security and scalability.

• Supabase

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Cloudflare

9. Third-Party Features (Add-ons)

9.1 Artificial Intelligence (AI)

AI features are intended to support the user and generated output should always be validated.

9.2 CITIUS Integration

Access to CITIUS is performed through automated processes on behalf of the lawyer.

9.3 Certified Billing (Invoice Express)

YURIX integrates with external certified invoicing services.

10. Plans, Subscriptions and Payments

Access to features depends on the subscribed plan and certain modules may only be available as paid add-ons.

11. Trial Period

YURIX may provide a free trial period with a standard duration of 30 days.

12. Suspension, Cancellation and Non-Payment

In the event of contractual breach or non-payment, IMD may suspend access fully or partially.

13. Service Availability

IMD makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, but interruptions may occur.

14. Limitation of Liability

YURIX is a management support tool and does not replace legal advice.

15. Changes to the Terms

IMD reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
